About Our Crumble

What are wax melt crumbles?
  • Vashti's wax melt crumbles are beautifully scented wax melts that once warmed, release fragrance into the air. Made using  Because the wax is gently warmed rather than burned, it can hold more fragrance than a traditional candle. And because there is no flame, there is no smoke or soot. Vashti wax melt crumble are a safer alternative to traditional candles.
How does it work?
  • Scoop the amount of crumble you'd like to melt on your wax melt warmer or burner. Once the wax melts, fragrance is released. Each jar of crumble comes with its own spoon. 
  • Control scent strength by adding as little or as much crumble you'd like in your warmer or burner. 
  • Create custom fragrances when you mix 2 or more Vashti wax melt crumble scents together.
What is your crumble made of?
  • Our crumbles are made using a soy wax blend, premium quality fragrance oils, essential oils and eco-friendly dye. 

How long will a jar of crumble last?

  • Each jar of crumble has an estimated scent time of 100 hours.

 

Orders

 Can I cancel or change my order?

  • We will try our best to cancel or make changes to your order, however, we can't guarantee it especially if the order has already been processed and shipped out. If you need to update your information or cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hours or less after placing your order, and make sure to include your order number followed by the request in the subject line, for example:

    Order #1456 - Address Change

    Please note we're unable to combine separate orders or make product adjustments/swaps once an order has been placed. We also encourage customers to double-check that your shipping address is correct before checking out; Vashti is not liable for missing/lost/stolen packages due to incorrectly entered shipping information and we’re unable to request address changes with the carrier once the package has been processed. 
  • Send us an email at hello@scentbyvashti.com and we will let you know if changes or cancellations can be made. Thank you for your understanding!

    My address was incorrect, can you reship my order?

    • If your order was returned to us due to incorrect address, insufficient address, or marked undeliverable by the the USPS, FedEx, or UPS, we will invoice you for your order to be re shipped to the correct address. Therefore we urge you to please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. If you have submitted your order and realized your shipping information is incorrect, please email us immediately at hello@scentbyvashti.com with your order #. If we are able to make updates on your behalf, please note that these changes will not be reflected in your shipping confirmation email.

    Where do you ship?

    • We currently only ship throughout the U.S., including to Alaska and Hawaii!
    How long will it take to get my order?
    • All orders are processed + shipped within 10-14 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

      Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. may take 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on location. AK, HI, and outlying territories may take longer. 

    • NOTE: Once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

    Can I return or exchange my products?

    • If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Vashti products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact our Customer Care team at hello@scentbyvashti.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started.

      If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos with a detailed description and we'll get it sorted out for you.

      NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault release items, or gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
